Clinical Use This test was previously known as the "Platelet Refractory Antibody" but has been renamed to "Platelet Antibody Indirect".
This assay is designed to screen for antibodies to HLA class I and platelet glycoprotein IV antigens, and to polymorphic epitopes on the platelet glycoprotein IIb/IIIa, Ib/IX, Ia/IIa.
