Instructions Collect Monday - Thursday Only! LIVE LYMPHOCYTES REQUIRED. Please do not collect the day before a holiday.

Specimen Type: Green-top (sodium heparin) tube ONLY
Specimen Storage: Maintain specimen at room temperature (ie, 18 to 28 degrees C) ONLY. Specimen stable 30 hours; > 30 hours specimen NOT viable. Do NOT refrigerate or freeze specimen.
Specimen Collection: Do NOT use lithium heparin, ACD, or EDTA tubes. Assay MUST be set up WITHIN 30 HOURS OF SPECIMEN COLLECTION. Specimens received after 30 hours are NOT acceptable for testing.
Special Instructions: Prior to initial submission of specimens for this test, contact HLA customer service (800-533-1037) to establish special specimen collection and transportation arrangements. These specimen collection and transportation arrangements MUST be observed in ord
