Instructions Specimen Type: Royal blue-top (EDTA) tube or tan-top lead-free tube; submit original tube.
Specimen Storage: Room temperature. Stable for five days at room temperature or for seven days when refrigerated.
Specimen Collection: Mix tube thoroughly to avoid clotting. Hemolysis will not affect the tests. Recollect if clots are present.
