Instructions Collect Whole blood in Both ACD Solution A or B (Yellow Top) and EDTA (Lavender Top).
Keep whole blood, do not centrifuge or refrigerate.
Deliver to the laboratory ASAP - Same Day as Collection!
Collect Monday through Wednesday only. Specimens must be received at Labcorp Oklahoma Inc. by Wednesday afternoon or collect on Monday.
Stability:  Room Temperature:  Yellow-top (ACD-A) or (ACD-B) tube: Lavender-top (EDTA) tube: 1 day

Clinical Use This test is also known as: Lymphocyte Plus NK Quant by Flow or Flow Immunophenotype Panel.
This is a semi-quantitative assay that measures both the relative and absolute numbers of B cells, T cells, and NK cells in the peripheral blood, which may be useful in the initial evaluation of patients with suspected immunodeficiency.
