Specimens will NOT be accepted without an appointment.

Volume: Entire ejaculate, Freshly collected sample,
Specimen container: Clean, no additive container Provided by the Patient Service Center.
Stability:  Less than 2 hours from collection.
Transport: Specimens should be sent to the laboratory at or near body temperatures (20°C to 37°C). Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Note: Specimens should be submitted ASAP, Not exceeding 1 hour after collection.
