Expected TAT 3 - 7 days  
Clinical Use DQA1 antigens may be correlated with certain disease states or other clinical conditions. Also used for screening of transplant candidates and potential donors, transfusion of specifically compatible blood products, among others. This test is for single locus typing at high resolution. 
Notes Sequence-based typing (SBT), sequence-specific oligonucleotide probes (SSOP), and/or sequence-specific primers (SSP) as needed to obtain the required resolution.
